The United Institute for Public Administration (UNIPA) offers a range of specialised programmes designed for civil servants and public officials from our Member States and Member Organisations. As a prestigious intergovernmental organisation, UNIPA ensures that all participants meet the highest standards of public service professionalism and are committed to improving governance and public administration.

Participation in our programmes is exclusively available to officials from Member States or intergovernmental organisations that hold full membership in UNIPA. Applications for participation are submitted through the designated national contact point for UNIPA training in each country. These national bodies are responsible for nominating participants to UNIPA, ensuring that the selected candidates are well-suited to the educational opportunities available.

Key details regarding participation:

  • Eligibility: Public officials and employees of Member States or Member Organisations with full UNIPA membership are eligible to apply for courses.
  • Application Process: Interested candidates must apply through their national contact point for UNIPA training, which will review and recommend participants to the organisation.
  • Online Learning: All online learning courses offered by UNIPA are free of charge for participants from Member States.
  • In-Person Training: In cases where training is delivered in person, any associated costs, such as tuition or travel expenses, will be clearly communicated in advance.

UNIPA is committed to providing high-quality education that is accessible to all eligible civil servants. Our programmes are designed to be flexible and practical, ensuring that public officials from around the world can enhance their skills and knowledge without financial barriers.
